Elan operates a full record gathering service. We are able to write to
the client to obtain medical authority and then obtain G.P. notes, Hospital
notes and X-Rays. We will tailor our service to suit the working practice
of the solicitor. Some of our solicitor clients prefer to undertake the
record gathering themselves. Some solicitors stipulate the types of cases
for which they require Elan to obtain medical records. We are flexible
and would wish to discuss your requirements in this respect. Our usual
practice is to forward all medical records to the expert at the time of
instruction.
