| The invoice for the medical report will be enclosed with the report. Similarly, invoices for addendums or supplementary reports will be sent on provision of such reports. Invoices are to be settled according to prior agreement, with deferred payment terms being available. In general, the invoice for the medical records will be raised at the same time as the invoice for the report, with the same settlement agreement. | ||||||
