Once agreement has been reached with the Third Party representatives,
then please send your instruction letter to Elan advising which of the
experts you wish to nominate. Please indicate if there are any specific
points you wish the expert to comment upon. If the instruction is joint
and you wish a copy of the report to be sent to the Third Party representatives,
then please state this and provide the full details with reference numbers.
On receiving your instruction, Elan will undertake the complete arrangement
of the medical examination.
